What I Wore Wednesday

Hi Lovely People!

This has been a crazy week.  Let me just say that BSF takes a lot of time.  I guess I knew this might be the case (I have friends who have shared as much), but I thought it would be easier to find the time.  Nope. It's not easy.  My spare time is spent trying to squeeze in bible study.  I know it's not supposed to be this way.  Yet, I'm proud of myself for at least making the time.  But I definitely need to figure out a better plan for next week...or else people may starve at our house.

Anyway :-)

I did have a cute outfit to wear to BSF this week!  It's entirely from Target.  It's the perfect time of year to wear skirts and tights.  And I love this Merona pencil skirt.  It is fully lined and fits well.  Bonus: I came across this skirt in the clearance section.  So if you want to try one out...go to the clearance section...you may find one for around $11.

Shirt, Skirt, Tights, Shoes: Target
I have seen a few versions of this outfit on Pinterest.  It's all about transitioning your Summer maxi skirt to Fall.  I'm not sure if this worked on me.  But I wore it all day, so I guess it wasn't completely awful.  But next time I wear this skirt, I may just pair it with a crew neck sweater and call it a day.
I need one in black if anyone knows of a good one?

Denim shirt: Chicos / Under-shirt: Ann Taylor / Skirt: Old Navy / Boots: Steve Madden
I rolled out of bed and put on this outfit.  The sweater is uber comfortable, and the scarf adds some interest.  The jeans need to be thrown away...or cut into shorts or something...ugh.  After wearing this, I learned I really like pairing purple with navy.
Sweater: Local store / Cami: Nordstrom BP / Scarf: Loft / Jeans: Citizens (so old!)
Shoes: Coach
This outfit was cuter in person :-).  I love the booties.  But I'm having trouble styling them.  I'm thinking I need to roll my jeans and have them hit above the shoe.  Any tips?
Sweater: Target / Cami: Express / Jeans: Nordstrom BP / Shoes: Nordstrom

Hey girl...call me about BSF and I'll tell you my plan to knock it out. It works but can be rough!! It means setting an alarm :) Also...you have GOT to teach me how to tie a scarf like you do. LOVE IT!!! I cannot do it. I swear I look like a sherpa or something!!! Keep the outfits coming. XOXO
