Happy Wednesday lovely people! I hope you're having a great day and enjoying the last week of August!
Well, it happened, I received my first WIWW criticism last week. When referring to my blog, someone said the addition of my outfit posts was "interesting." Ugh. I guess I knew it would happen at some point, but can't a girl have a little fun without someone raining on her parade?
So...in order to thicken my skin, I decided to post two outfits AND a random hair picture.
To each, their own :-).
I wore this outfit to my nephew's 4th birthday party. My second pair of colored jeans. I am in love. They breathe new life into an otherwise ordinary outfit. And they make me wonder why it took so long to buy my first (and second) pair.

I wore this outfit running errands and to the park. I have worn this outfit at least once a week the entire summer. I change the accessories, but it has been my go-to. Nothing fancy. And comfortable. And easy to play in. Oh, and it doesn't show stains. I could go on and on...

I included the following picture to inform all terrible french braiders (cough...me), that our time has arrived because messy french braids are IN. My hair-stylist friend told me that you should never, ever wear a nice clean french braid unless your outfit is extremely trendy. Like, out there trendy. So I have embraced this new knowledge. And I wanted to share it with you.
Braid away, my friends. Braid away.
