My mom offerred to watch the boys on Friday night so Matt and I could sneak away to a movie. We saw the very entertaining (and difficult to understand due to crazy masks & voice alterations) The Dark Knight Rises. It was fun to see a movie like that in the theater. And it was fun to eat gummy worms & York peppermint patties for dinner.
Here is the outfit I wore. I know it looks like I'm going to a picnic or backyard BBQ, but I have had this skirt for a long time and just had to wear it. You understand. Bonus: I now have a great outfit come Labor Day weekend :-).

Lilly, from Lilly's Style, has really inspired my fashion lately. She tries lots of fun outfits, and her outfits are attainable. And she always lists where her clothes are from (or offers similar options). I have purchased many things based on her suggestions. My latest buy was her adorable purse. I absolutely love the style and color. And as you can tell, I am a fan of matching my purse to my shoes (I realize it's a huge fashion no-no right now...but I think it's pretty...I'm such a rebel).
