Hi Everyone!
I had fun getting dressed this week and tried a couple new things.
First, I pulled out an old blazer from my working days and paired it with white jeans and a bright t-shirt. I think it turned out okay.
Blazer: Theory / T-shirt: J. Crew Factory / Jeans: Jolt via Nordstrom BP / Shoes; Steve Madden Purse: Xhilaration via Target |
And this is the look without the blazer.
Then I went for a nautical look with some anchor printed shorts, stripes and boat shoes.
Shirt & Shorts: J. Crew Factory / Shoes: Old Navy / Sunglasses: Armani Exchange via Nordstrom Rack |
Then I paired a fun, flouncy top with skinnies.
Top: Local Store / Jeans: Gap / Shoes: Target |
I came down with a cold/flu this week, so it's been a rough one. I hope to feel better soon because we have a preschool end-of-year program to attend tomorrow. How cute is that?!?!

It's so funny how a blazer just completes an outfit and takes it from casual to ready for fun.
Love it! It's amazing how a simple detail like adding a blazer can reinvent the whole look. Love your blazer, btw :)
By the way, I've updated my blog with a new post. I'd love for you to swing by :) www.fashchronicles.blogspot.com
Love the outfits, as usual, but I especially love the mint handbag. I can't get enough of that color lately :)
