This month's trend is lace.

When Marion originally posted the trend of the month, I thought "Oh crud...I'm not a lace person...I can't participate this month."  But then I went into my closet and found ONE item with lace!

It's not prominent, but if you look closely, you will see some :)

What I Wore Wednesday & Trend of the Month

Hi Everyone!

In addition to linking up with The Pleated Poppy for WIWW, I'm also linking up with Marion for her Trend of the Month challenge!

This month's trend is Black & White.

To be honest, I don't think I've ever worn just black and white before.  I usually have on jeans or some other color to mix it up.  But I love how simple the two colors look together, and I will definitely be sporting this color combo again!

To set the stage for these photos...it was 5 degrees outside with a windchill of -14.
And the background is white because I'm standing in front of a giant snow bank.
