Erik had his very first Special Person Day at preschool!
Matt was the lucky person who got to go, and he said it was really fun watching Erik in a school environment. We both knew Erik loved school (he's always asking to go), but neither of us had seen him longer than drop off/pick up.
There are 3 boys in Erik's class, and they all LOVE trains. So every morning, after drop off, this is what the boys do.
They construct a train set and go to town!
Erik waiting patiently for his turn on the computer. So cute!
Practicing his M's. He's a lefty!!!
And here he is participating in a little sing-a-long :).
One cute story from the day....Erik had brought a couple items for the classes "share bag." He had brought a few power trains and a remote controlled car, both of which he received at Christmas. Well, he got to show everyone his items and then his teacher asked if he would like his friends to either look at his toys or touch his toys.
Erik said, "I want all my friends to touch my toys."
How sweet is that???
He's really good at sharing at home, and it was fun to hear him excited to also share with his classmates!
We love you, Erik, and are SO happy you love school!!!
