Downtown Excelsior is a cute little town on the West side of Lake Minnetonka. Main street is lined with cute shops and boutiques. Music stores, an Ice Cream shop called "Licks Unlimited," a sushi place, etc. There is a big dock at the end of main street. Dane got a chance to feed the Ducks and Geese! They were not afraid of Dane and Shelly at all and were actually pretty daring. If you let them, I think they would completely surround you like pigeons would in NYC. Dane got a chance to walk along the dock and feed the animals. It was a great afternoon.
Shelly also taught Dane how to give Eskimo Kisses, touching their noses back and forth. DANE LOVED IT! He would grab Shelly's head and bring her in close to do it over and over. He would grin from ear to ear.

Quack... Quack... I am jealous those birds get to play with Dane and I can't.
I also have an uncanny drive to move to Alaska. Those are seriously the best mother-son pictures. Many props to the photographer.

Matt, you need to quit Target and go pro as a photographer. I love the nose-to-nose shots of momma & son. Poignant!

Woah... Nana I have said that same exact quote word for word to Matt about quitting Target. If I have to dig through my Sent box to prove it I will. You and I are truly related in a past life... Well... Or we both notice Matt is talented but I am going with the past life theory.
